Life Lessons from a Hula Hoop
Exercise isn't just for the body, it's a great way to connect with your mind and spirit too. In this class we will explore the meditative aspects of movement. Movement allows us to get lost in the moment, in a way that helps us find ourselves, and the answers we're searching for. Join in to start your journey to real connection between your body, mind, and spirit! We will be using adult hula hoops as props, but experience with a hoop isn't necessary, and if you prefer your flow without one, that's okay too!
