Where the Wild Things Are
Children are often guests and participants in community drumming circles. Here, with adult guidance, the children take the circle. With drumming, rattles, dance, and voice, the children establish their own space and build their own community. Children are encouraged to bring their own instruments if they have them. All are encouraged to choose their own level of participation. Some extra sound implements will be available for use as well.

The Elements and You!
This class will discuss the four elements, fire, water, earth, and air, within each individual. We will talk about astrological signs to an extent and discuss how each element drives an individual, and how the elements should all be in balance with each other for someone to really get everything they need out of life. We'll also discuss the cycles the elements go through during a person's life. Please bring your astrological chart or at least know your birth day, time, and location. This class is family friendly, and kids are encouraged to come so they can learn early to find balance within themselves! There will be activities to show everyone how it feels to move energy through each element.
