Stones and Chakras

By working with crystals and minerals corresponding to each of the chakras, this workshop offers the opportunity to learn about your subtle energy centers and how they represent all the different areas of your life. Through a combination of explanation and guided meditation, we will learn how to open and balance all of the chakras in order to experience greater harmony and integration.
