This class will talk about the nasty things that sometimes visit our dreams and how to deal with that .... with our care giver's help .... in a way that is safe and strong. Parents and caregivers are required to accompany children to this class so that they can make an action plan together for their own family.
You will learn about the special scream and why it is ok to be fuzzy. (Teddy bears are great fuzzy warriors)
