Try out an alternative visualization for grounding and centering. The omphalos, or world navel, is an understanding of the sacred center which has different metaphorical implications compared to the more familiar axis mundi, or world tree. We will explore the history and mythology of these ideas and do guided meditations to experience new ways of connecting to the sacred center.
