With all of the responsibilities that come with being a young adult today, it is too often that we ignore and push past the warning signs that tell us we are doing too much with too little in return. In this class we will learn why taking care of ourselves is important, and begin to recognize when it’s time to move our focus inward to make sure our own needs are met – and when to ask for help! We will explore various methods of performing self-care, and you will leave with a few more tips, tricks, and tools to help prevent the dreaded “burn out” that comes from physical, mental, and spiritual exhaustion.
